The Mixer 6-18G is a passive double-balanced mixer with LO and RF operating frequencies covering 6.0-18.0GHz and IF ope rating frequencies covering DC-6.0GHz. The LO and RF ports inside the chip are connected to the mixer diode stack through a planar spiral transformer, which has AC-DC isolation characteristics.
